Branding and websites for real estate projects

A new housing project has to sell homes that do not exist yet. We give it a name and a brand people trust, a website where buyers can pick their plot or apartment, and everything the sales team needs, from brochures to the billboards on the road.

How we help

  • Project name, logo and visual identity
  • Website with an interactive plot or apartment selector: plans, prices, availability
  • Enquiry forms that go straight to your sales team
  • Art direction of 3D visualisations and photography with trusted partners
  • Sales brochure, price lists and floor plans
  • Billboards, wayfinding signs and construction-site banners
  • Social media and ad visuals for the launch

Buyers decide with very little in front of them: a plot of land, a render and a price. A clear brand and a well-built website make the project feel real and trustworthy long before the first house is finished.

We have worked with Milansa, a Lithuanian builder of modern private houses, on its brand and sales materials, and we design every real estate project as one system, so the website, the brochure and the billboard all tell the same story.

Questions

When should a real estate project start working on its brand?

As early as possible, ideally before sales start. The name, brand and website are what buyers see first, often long before construction begins.

Can you show available plots or apartments on the website?

Yes. We design an interactive map or building view where buyers can see each plot or apartment with its plans, size, price and availability, and your team can update the status themselves.

Do you make 3D renders?

We work with trusted 3D visualisation and photography partners and art-direct them, so the renders match the brand and the website.
