What we collect and why
- Messages you send us (name, email, phone, project details): to reply and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- Analytics, only with your consent: pages visited, approximate location, device and how you found the site (Google Analytics 4). Legal basis: consent.
- Advertising measurement, only with your consent: visits and contact clicks, used to measure and show our Facebook and Instagram ads (Meta Pixel and Conversions API). Legal basis: consent.
- Technical logs kept by our host (IP address, browser) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Who processes the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. – hosting and security
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC – Google Analytics (with consent)
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – Meta Pixel and Conversions API (with consent)
- Sanity AS – stores site content and images, no visitor data
- Vimeo, Inc. and YouTube – embedded videos (loaded in privacy-enhanced / do-not-track mode)
Some of these companies may transfer data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer if a contract requires it for accounting. Analytics data: 14 months. Advertising data: as set by Meta, up to 2 years. Your cookie choice: 12 months, then we ask again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time in “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).
